Japan's Tsunami an Attack by HAARP

The ability to control weather is now practically public knowledge. For the 2010 Olympics, the Chinese government allegedly employed weather machines to block the rainy season from drenching Beijing. Conspiracy theorists claim the Japanese tsunami, and many other coastal earthquakes in Asia in the past few years have been caused by HAARP microwave technology. HAARP bounces 1 billion watts of power off the ionosphere and back towards the earth with enough power to cause earthquakes and tidalwaves. The motive? Theorists claim Japan was warned to acquiesce to the financial demands of an unknown group or suffer the earthquake.
