Jesse Sullivan

Both of Jesse's arms were burned off up to the shoulder after lightning struck a transformer he was attempting to fix. He was fitted with two prosthetic arms. They were cumbersome and difficult to control without at least one flesh and blood arm. In 2002, The Rehabilitation Institute of Chicago rerouted parts of his nervous system and equipped him with a bionic arm that could be controlled by his thoughts. He now has one mechanical, claw arm and one incredibly advanced mind-reading arm.
