Rome: No Eating Outdoors

You go to Rome because you want to see the sites and sample pasta and gelato. But La Repubblica reports that snacking will now be a violation if done around many of the city's historic locations. Those caught noshing will have to cough up $645, which is a lot for a piece of pizza, even if it is really authentic.
