Crossdresser

In a 1993 biography, society divorcee Susan Rosenthiel claimed that Hoover was a crossdresser and that she had seen him on two separate occasions dressed as a woman at a "homosexual orgy" that she had attended with her bisexual husband. Also in attendance: conservative Roy Cohn, the lawyer who prosecuted the Rosenbergs. Sounds like some party.
