American Agency Spy On Your Email

The National Security Agency (NSA) is building a massive data center in Utah to store, analyze, decrypt and classify every bit of communication taking place in the U.S., if not the world, according to Wired. Operating under the auspices of preventing another 9/11, the NSA is now turning its energy towards American citizens, monitoring our life in unprecedented ways.

The goal of the center is "total information awareness," a phrase coined during the Bush Administration. Not only will the center collect and store data in nearly bottomless servers, but it will also turn its formidable computing skills to code cracking. This means that potentially even secure information such as bank statements and medical records can be read by the supercomputers in Utah.

Chris Inglis, the head of daily operations at the facility describes it as "a state-of-the-art facility designed to support the intelligence community in its mission to, in turn, enable and protect the nation's cybersecurity." Meanwhile, Wired describes a former NSA official holding up his thumb and index finger a drop apart and stating "we are this far from a turnkey totalitarian state."

Two Presidents Were Killed Over Money

Is it a coincidence that two of the U.S. Presidents who have been assassinated also printed money directly from the U.S. Treasury and not through a central bank?  JFK and Lincoln both printed money shortly before they were killed. Lincoln printed his famous greenbacks and JFK issued over $4 billion in cash without the permission of the Federal Reserve. Why should a presidential currency cause so much anger?

The theory holds that the only threat big banks face is sovereign governments with an independent monetary policy. If the government is in charge of both creating money (monetary policy) and spending money (fiscal policy), there is nothing left for the banks to do. This is why some believe that the banks, in order to protect their livelihood, had Lincoln and Kennedy killed.  This seems to have been a fear of our founding fathers. Thomas Jefferson said, "I sincerely believe… that banking establishments are more dangerous than standing armies, and that the principle of spending money to be paid by posterity under the name of funding is but swindling futurity on a large scale."

Your Right to Vote Doesn't Exist

As an American citizen, it is your responsibility to vote… but it may not be your right. Nowhere in the Constitution does it explicitly say that you have the right to vote, the same way that you have the right to free speech. At the beginning of America's great democratic experiment, only property-owning males could vote. Poor white men, women and minorities have all – eventually – been specifically given the "right" not to be discriminated against at poll sites and in the venerable document it does say that Representatives be chosen by "the People."

But without specific constitutional guidelines, mass voter purges of poor (aka "likely Democratic voters") and other kinds of citizens, it's clear that the definition of "the People" is subject to interpretation.

The CIA Killed JFK

During the 50s and early 60s, the CIA whacked leaders the world over: Mosaddegh, Diem and Trujillo were just a few of the notches in their belt before they set their sights on Cuba. The CIA was part of the Bay of Pigs invasion and continued to plot Castro's assassination after it spectacularly failed. President Kennedy was vocal in his distrust of the agency in the months leading up to his own assassination. He is widely quoted telling Clark Clifford, "Something very bad is going on within the CIA and I want to know what it is. I want to shred the CIA into a thousand pieces and scatter them to the four winds." Indeed, Kennedy was planning on breaking up the increasingly powerful agency at the time of his death. This coincidence, claim many conspiracists, was the motive behind his murder.
