Shipping magnate heiress Claire Milonas bore the daughter of her ex-boyfriend, White House budget director Peter Orsag in November 2009. Although the two parents were no longer together at the time of the birth, and Orsag was engaged to someone else, Orsag issued a statement about the birth saying they were both thrilled and asking for the baby's privacy.
