15. Fritz Joubert Duquesne

A South African spy, soldier of fortune, con artist and all-around rogue, Duquesne turned heads early in his career after escaping from a Portuguese internment camp by seducing the daughter of one of the guards. He went on to mastermind a Nazi network. Duquesne had an easy charm and piercing blue eyes that could captivate both men and women alike.
