However, I have come to realize that God put me on this earth to help people, to be a factor.  And, that my friend is what I intend to do - because at the end of the day, it's all about results. The kind of results I will bring to the party will be unlike any seen before; talk is cheap, I am about walking the talk. 

I had $100 million in assets when I filed my Chapter 11.  It is also important for you to know that I did not get stupid overnight, I didn't make bad investments; every company that I have ever created or owned, was and still is a winning company.  And I sure as hell was not going to get on my knees, put my hands behind my head, and let this corrupt group of people masquerading as attorneys execute me - as that is what bankruptcy is all about.  Just because they do this to everyone else does not mean I was going to let them do it to me.

Dykstra also details his April arrest in Los Angeles:

I WAS HANDCUFFED AT MY HOME, THROWN INTO A CAR, WITHOUT BEING CHARGED FOR A CRIME, AND PLACED IN JAIL FOR 7 STRAIGHT DAYS BEFORE I WAS PERMITTED TO SEE A JUDGE.

I was jumped by a group of men wearing plain clothes telling me to go with them. 
 
I responded: "What is this? Are you arresting me for something, what did I do?" 
 
They would not answer me, they only told me that I was being taken to see the "Big Man" and that the "Big Man" would explain what is going on. 
 
They then start telling me to empty out my pockets, they start patting me down, the full treatment.  I say, "What is going on?  What did I do?"  They still will not answer me. 
 
They go on to cuff me and cause a major scene at the home I was renting, then take me to some underground location, stick me in a small office, and I still have not been told why this was happening to me... I ask them again, and again, and again, and they say, using their exact words: "you are being detained."
 
I responded, "for what?"
 
Then two people with suits walk in; a man and a woman, and say they are with the FBI, they show me their FBI badges.
