Most people think of trolls as people who leave offensive or incendiary comments on blog posts and message boards in order to get attention. But sometimes trolls are just annoying, making off-topic comments about diet pills and linking free trial offers. Either way, community moderators — or anyone trying to get some real information on a website — wish they'd go hide under a bridge.
